Damaged or lost items
Our tools are trade quality and as such, are difficult to damage unless used incorrectly or without proper attention. If damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of the repair plus a daily hire-rate for however long the item is un-hireable, or the full replacement of the item, whichever is the lowest.
Should the item be lost or stolen, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the replacement item.
We will issue you with an invoice for payment within 7 days or as negotiated with Smart Tool Hire.
